# 주차질서 위반 신고

이중주차·통행 방해·소화전 앞 주차 등 **주차질서 위반 차량을 사진과 함께 신고**하는 기능입니다.

> ℹ️ 이 페이지의 사용법은 **입주민·순찰자·관리자 모두 동일**합니다. 입주민은 메인 기능이고, 순찰자·관리자도 같은 화면을 그대로 사용합니다.

입주민의 경우 관리사무소가 [입주민 신고 기능](/dansokgogo/undefined-1/web/settings.md)을 켜둔 아파트에서만 사용할 수 있습니다.

## 이런 상황에 사용하세요

* **내 차가 막혔을 때** — 누군가 이중주차로 내 차를 막아둔 상황을 즉시 사진과 함께 신고합니다. 관리사무소가 차주에게 연락해 이동을 요청할 수 있습니다.
* **소화전·비상통로 차단 발견** — 안전과 직결되는 위치에 주차된 차량을 발견하면 즉시 신고해 관리사무소가 빠르게 대응하도록 합니다.
* **반복 위반 차량 신고** — 같은 차량이 매번 같은 자리에 잘못 주차하는 경우 신고를 누적해 두면 [블랙리스트](/dansokgogo/undefined-1/web/blacklist.md) 판정과 안내문 발송의 근거가 됩니다.

## 신고 진입

1. [홈 화면](/dansokgogo/undefined-3/app/home.md)에서 빨간색 **차량 신고** 카드를 누릅니다.
2. 카메라/위치 권한을 처음 한 번 허용하면, 이후엔 곧바로 카메라 화면이 열립니다.

## 번호판 입력 — 카메라 또는 직접 입력

* 카메라 화면에 위반 차량의 **번호판**을 비추면 자동 인식됩니다.
* 어두운 곳에서는 우측 상단 **🔦 손전등 버튼**으로 토치를 켤 수 있습니다.
* 인식이 안 되면 화면 하단의 **직접 입력** 버튼으로 끝 4자리를 키패드로 입력합니다.

> 💡 단속고고는 직접 입력 시에도 차량 끝 4자리를 기준으로 동일 차량 여부를 확인합니다.

## 위반 정보 입력

번호판 인식이 끝나면 위반 정보 입력 화면이 열립니다.

| 항목                       | 설명                                        |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------- |
| **현장 사진 (필수사항)**         | 카메라 버튼으로 위반 상황을 촬영해 첨부합니다. **사진은 필수입니다**. |
| **신고 내용 및 신고 위치 (선택사항)** | 위치(예: "지상 3동 앞")·시간 등 부가 설명을 자유롭게 작성합니다.  |

> ⚠️ **사생활 보호** — 차량 외에 **다른 사람의 얼굴이나 신원**이 드러나지 않도록 촬영에 유의해 주세요.

## 제출 후 처리

* 제출하면 해당 아파트 관리자에게 즉시 전달됩니다.
* 관리자는 [주차질서 위반 신고 현황](/dansokgogo/undefined-1/web/violation-report.md)에서 신고 내역과 첨부 사진을 확인합니다.
* 반복 신고된 차량은 관리자의 [블랙리스트](/dansokgogo/undefined-1/web/blacklist.md) 판정에 반영될 수 있습니다.

## 익명 처리

* 신고자(입주민)의 **닉네임·이메일·세대 정보는 차주에게 노출되지 않도록 설계**되어 있습니다.
* 관리사무소는 신고 상세를 확인할 수 있으나, 단속고고는 입주민의 신원 정보를 차주에게 전달하지 않습니다.
