# 리포트 조회

관리사무소가 공유한 **공개 리포트 링크 또는 QR**에 접속해 우리 아파트의 단속·위반 현황을 확인합니다. **로그인 없이** 누구나 열어볼 수 있습니다.

## 접속 방법

* **링크 접속** — 관리사무소가 카카오톡·문자·게시판 등으로 공유한 공개 리포트 URL을 클릭합니다.
* **QR 접속** — 관리사무소가 게시판·엘리베이터 등에 부착한 QR 코드를 휴대폰 카메라로 스캔합니다.

링크와 QR은 **특정 아파트 전용**이며, 로그인 없이 즉시 리포트가 열립니다.

## 화면 구성

리포트는 회차(보통 1일) 단위로 매일 자동 생성됩니다. 화면 상단부터 순서대로 다음 섹션이 노출됩니다.

### 1. 리포트 기준 일시

상단 배너에 **"YYYY년 M월 D일 (요일) 오전 H시 \~ 다음 날 H시"** 형식으로 회차 기간이 표시됩니다.

### 2. 우리 아파트 순찰대의 하루

순찰자가 직접 발로 뛴 기록을 카드 4개로 보여줍니다.

카드 아래에는 **총 스캔 차량 vs 총 주차면수** 비율 미터가 표시됩니다. (관리사무소가 [총 주차면수](/dansokgogo/undefined-1/web/settings.md)를 설정한 경우에만)

### 3. 주차 불편을 유발하는 차량

* **등록 차량 vs 미등록 차량** — 회차 동안 스캔된 전체 차량 중 등록되지 않은 차량의 비율을 막대로 표시합니다.
* **반복 적발 차량(블랙리스트)** — 관리사무소가 정한 기간·횟수 기준을 충족한 차량의 대수를 표시합니다.
  * 관리사무소 설정에 따라 차량번호가 **비공개 / 마스킹 공개(끝 2자리 \*) / 전체 공개** 중 한 가지로 노출됩니다.
* **주민 신고** — 주민 신고 기능이 켜진 아파트에서는 신고 건수와 신고 인원이 함께 표시됩니다.
* **신고 TOP 3** — 회차 동안 가장 많이 신고된 차량 상위 3대가 신고 횟수와 함께 표시됩니다. 차량번호 노출 정책은 위 "반복 적발 차량"과 동일하게 관리사무소 설정을 따릅니다.

* **미등록 차량 추이** — 일별 적발된 미등록 차량 대수 (실선=이번 주, 점선=이전 주)
* **주민 신고 추이** — 주민 신고 기능이 켜진 아파트에서만 노출

### 5. 단속고고 앱 다운로드

## 개인정보 처리

* 공개 리포트에는 **차량번호와 통계만** 표시됩니다.
* **신고자·순찰자의 신원**(이름·이메일·세대 등)은 일절 노출되지 않습니다.
* 관리사무소 설정에 따라 블랙리스트 차량번호의 일부 또는 전체가 마스킹될 수 있습니다.

## 자주 묻는 질문

* **링크가 열리지 않습니다.** 관리사무소가 공개 리포트 기능을 끄거나 링크를 새로 발급했을 수 있습니다. 관리사무소에 다시 링크를 요청해 주세요.
* **다른 아파트 입주민에게 링크를 공유해도 되나요?** 링크는 **특정 아파트 전용이지만 공개 리포트입니다**. 다른 아파트 입주민에게 공유하고 자랑해 보세요.
