# 회원 탈퇴 (계정 삭제)

단속고고 계정을 영구적으로 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다. 본 페이지의 절차는 **개인회원 / 관리자 / 순찰자 / 입주민** 모두 동일하게 적용됩니다.

> ⚠️ **회원 탈퇴는 즉시 처리되며, 한 번 처리되면 복구할 수 없습니다.** 신중하게 결정해 주세요.

## 회원 탈퇴 시 삭제되는 데이터

회원 탈퇴를 진행하면 다음 데이터가 영구 삭제 또는 비활성화됩니다.

* 계정 정보 (소셜 로그인 연동 해제: 카카오 / Google / Apple)
* 닉네임, 프로필 이미지
* 무료 체험 중 등록한 체험용 차량 번호
* 단속·신고 내역(본인이 수행한 기록)
* 권한 정보(관리자·순찰자·입주민) 및 신청 이력
* 알림 설정, 누적 통계 등 부가 데이터

## 회원 탈퇴 방법 (모바일 앱)

1. 단속고고 앱을 실행하고 **로그인**합니다.
2. **홈 화면 우측 상단의 설정(⚙️) 버튼**을 누릅니다.
3. **내 정보 관리** 메뉴를 선택합니다.
4. 화면 우측 상단의 **⋮ 메뉴**를 누른 뒤 **회원 탈퇴**를 선택합니다.
5. 확인 다이얼로그에서 안내 문구를 읽고 **탈퇴**를 누릅니다.
6. 처리 완료 후 자동으로 로그아웃되며 시작 화면으로 이동합니다.

> 다이얼로그가 뜨기 전, 보안 정책에 따라 **재인증(소셜 로그인 다시 진행)** 이 한 번 더 요구될 수 있습니다.

탈퇴 외에 사용 형태만 바꾸고 싶다면 아래 옵션을 먼저 검토해 보세요.

## 역할별 권장 사전 조치

회원 탈퇴 전에 본인 역할에 따라 다음 사항을 확인해 주세요.

### 관리자

* 본인이 운영 중인 아파트에 다른 관리자가 있는지 확인합니다.
* 단독 관리자라면 동료에게 [관리자 권한 신청](/dansokgogo/undefined-1/getting-started/role-request.md)을 안내한 뒤, 승계가 완료된 다음 탈퇴해 주세요.
* 관리자가 0명이 되면 해당 아파트의 순찰·신고 운영이 중단될 수 있습니다.

### 순찰자

* 진행 중인 [단속 세션](/dansokgogo/undefined-2/app/scan.md)이 있다면 종료 후 탈퇴해 주세요.
* 다른 아파트에서 다시 활동하고 싶다면 탈퇴 대신 관리자에게 권한 회수 요청 후 새 QR을 스캔하는 방법도 있습니다.

### 입주민

* 단속고고는 차량 번호 외 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 탈퇴 시 별도 백업할 정보는 거의 없습니다.

### 개인회원(무료 체험)

* 아파트 회원으로 전환을 검토 중이라면 탈퇴 대신 [아파트 회원으로 전환](/dansokgogo/undefined/getting-started/upgrade.md) 절차를 먼저 살펴봐 주세요.

## 자주 묻는 질문

**Q. 탈퇴 후 같은 소셜 계정으로 다시 가입할 수 있나요?**\
A. 가능합니다. 다만 이전 계정에서 사용하던 닉네임·차량 번호·권한은 모두 초기화되어 있으며, 가입 절차를 처음부터 다시 진행해야 합니다.

**Q. 탈퇴를 잘못 눌렀습니다. 되돌릴 수 있나요?**\
A. 아니요, 회원 탈퇴는 즉시 영구 처리되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

**Q. 탈퇴 후 단속·신고 기록은 어떻게 되나요?**\
A. 탈퇴한 회원과 연결된 식별 정보(닉네임·프로필)는 비활성화되며, 운영 통계 보존을 위해 일부 익명화된 기록이 남을 수 있습니다.
